e-Mails sent from FreshPortal never arrive

If one of your customers or suppliers tells you e-Mails sent from FreshPortal (an EKT or invoice for example) do not end up in their inbox, this is an issue. Of course we are happy to help and, based on what we find, we might ask you to implement the solution found below.
Editing your e-Mail domain's SPF-record
A SPF-record basically tells an e-Mail's recipient which servers are allowed to send out messages for your e-Mail address. When using your own e-Mail address to send out EKT's and invoices from FreshPortal, it is important we appear in this SPF-record. This way we can prevent your messages from being blocked or ending up in the spam folder. If we ask you to amend your SPF-record, it concerns the information found below.
