    Article Summary

    When an invoice has been closed it can only be opened as long as it has not been exported yet (with regards to a link with your invoicing software). As soon as an invoice has been exported it will be considered the definitive version for your administration and opening it will no longer be possible.

    Tips:

    • Pick a set time to finalize your invoices, preventing accidental exports. This reduces the chance of closing invoices that are still subject to change.
    • Use the feature to only allow administrators to open a previously closed invoice (via Settings: Invoice > Final invoices can only be opened by administrator (yes/no)).

    Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
    First name must have atleast 2 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
    Last name must have atleast 1 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
